Project Description: |
Ann Becker was originally retained to assist ShoreBank staff in conceptualizing the new Center for Financial Services Innovation, including determining how best to establish it, reach its target constituencies, launch and periodically assess its various activities and initiatives. She continues to provide organizational development consulting and strategic advice re: CFSI’s growth and direction and also team planning meetings, small convenings focused on select industry-specific issues, and a national conference on the underbanked as well as consulting on CFSI’s South Africa Innovation Exchange.

Project Description: |
ABA was retained initially to plan and facilitate two staff meetings – one with support staff and the other with program officers – regarding the Foundation’s meeting planning needs and concerns. After making recommendations to the senior staff, ABA is now providing the Foundation with tools, templates and consultation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of meeting planning and implementation.

Project Description: |
ATLA requested ABA’s expertise to assist them in mapping out a strategy for Theological Libraries Month, a new initiative designed to advance the importance and value of theological libraries and library services to targeted faculty, administrators, staff and students. ABA consulted with ATLA on the clarification of their goals and objectives along with the identification of target audiences and development of a work plan including delineation of tasks, assignment of responsibilities, a time line and budget. |
