* Changes as we move to multi-site Centers:

* New Center/Evaluator models to meet the same objectives
* Updates to Evaluators’ responsibilities, guidelines and best practices

* Does access to project information and LIFE Forms prior to technical presentations by PIs impact the quality of comments by IAB members?

* What project information should appear on the LIFE Form?

* Are the LIFE Form’s Level of Interest choices relevant to the PIs? To the IAB?

* Does the LIFE Form satisfy needs of the IAB?

* Should a LIFE Form be completed for every project?

* When are LIFE Forms completed?

* How is content of completed LIFE Forms communicated to (presented to, shared with) the PIs and IAB?

* How are LIFE Forms used in project selection?

* What benefits do LIFE Forms provide to PIs? To the IAB?

* How are completed LIFE Forms used by the PIs and IAB?
