To provide a forum for NSF, I/UCRC Directors, Evaluators, Operations
Staff and other I/UCRC stakeholders to interact and exchange
information and ideas about best practices, common issues, and concerns;

To afford NSF the opportunity to brief the I/UCRCs on program-related
issues and information, including opportunities for supplemental
funding and synergies with other government and industry programs;
*
To facilitate peer exchange on technical and management issues and to
promote increased collaboration and cooperation among Centers;
* To illuminate trends in federal and industry research priorities, and explore opportunities and implications for Centers |

planning, start-up and implementation of a large portfolio of center
research projects, often across multiple universities. In this

they have used to develop and maintain an effective center research
