Presentations and AV Requirements
For All Speakers
- Participate in a conference call with your fellow session presenters and/or moderators by October 15, 2009, to determine specific audio-visual needs and secure appropriate biographical information for introductions.
- All presentations, except those for a Closed Meeting, will be posted on the Annual Meeting website as they are received (by October 30), so that attendees can review them beforehand and make hard copies of any materials they want to bring to the meeting. No hard copies of presentations will be provided at the meeting.
- Each meeting room will be equipped with a data projector package (projector, screen, cart, cabling), a laptop computer, and a flipchart. Let us know if your PowerPoint presentation needs specific AV support, such as the ability to show embedded videos, or if you require any additional equipment (such as a laserpointer or wireless mouse)
