The 2009 Grantees Conference will be held March 5-6, 2009, at The Westin Arlington Gateway in Arlington, Virginia. The Westin Arlington is located at 801 North Glebe Road, just a few minutes walk from NSF and the Ballston Metro station.  Click on the Travel link for more location information.

Through a mixture of research presentations, posters, networking opportunities, and group discussion, the Conference will acquaint you with one another’s research and open dialogue for potential collaboration that is supportive of the EFRI program goals.  This event should serve also as an invaluable resource for information exchange and mutual support between and among Grantees and NSF.

By January 26, 2009, we request that you:

• Register for the Conference
• Reserve your guest room at the Westin Arlington Gateway
• Submit your research presentation to Kate Ryan

Then, remember to bring your research presentation and poster with you to the Conference.
