Ann Becker is the vice chair of the Board of Directors at Newberger Hillel Center at the University of Chicago and a member of the International Advisory Council of George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. She is also a periodic advisor to the Summit Executive Center in Chicago, IL.

Ann holds an M.A. in Science, Technology and Public Policy from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado. She has lived, studied, and worked in Switzerland, France, and the Philippines.
